🔹 Step 2: Product Confirmation & Quotation
We will send you:
- Detailed product specifications
- Available grades and varieties
- Quotation (FOB / CIF / CNF)
- MOQ & delivery timeline
- Sample offer (if required)
🔹 Step 3: Sample & Approval (Optional)
We ship samples for quality verification.
✅ Buyers confirm based on:
- Taste, aroma, moisture content, cleanliness
- Packaging style
- Compliance needs (e.g., USDA Organic, Halal, etc.)
🔹 Step 4: Proforma Invoice & Order Finalization
After sample approval or direct confirmation:
- A Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued
- Terms (payment, delivery, Incoterms) are confirmed
- Buyer makes advance payment or opens LC
🔹 Step 5: Processing, Packing & Quality Checks
We begin:
- Cleaning, sorting, and grinding (if needed)
- Packing as per buyer specifications
- Final product inspection & testing
- Certificate preparation (Phytosanitary, Health, Origin)
🔹 Step 6: Shipping & Export Documentation
We handle:
- Freight booking via sea or air
- Customs clearance
- Export documentation:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
- Fumigation / Phytosanitary Certificate
- Bill of Lading or Airway Bill
✅ Tracking shared with buyer
🔹 Step 7: Delivery at Destination Port
- Buyer receives the shipment at the agreed port
- Import clearance is done with provided documents
- Buyer inspects and confirms receipt
